SYBRAVA Injection

Advanced Cholesterol Management for Long-Term Heart Health
What Is SYBRAVA® Injection?
SYBRAVA® (Inclisiran) is an innovative cholesterol-lowering medication designed to help adults with elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), commonly known as "bad cholesterol." It is used alongside a heart-healthy diet and, when appropriate, other cholesterol-lowering medications such as statins to reduce cardiovascular risk and improve long-term heart health.
Unlike traditional daily cholesterol medications, SYBRAVA® works through a unique RNA-based technology that helps the liver naturally remove excess LDL cholesterol from the bloodstream, providing long-lasting cholesterol reduction with only a few injections per year.
How Does SYBRAVA® Work?
SYBRAVA® contains inclisiran, a small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapy that targets the production of a protein called PCSK9. By reducing PCSK9 levels, the liver can remove more LDL cholesterol from the blood, helping patients achieve and maintain healthier cholesterol levels.
This advanced mechanism provides sustained cholesterol control and supports cardiovascular health over the long term.
Who May Benefit from SYBRAVA®?
SYBRAVA® may be recommended for adults who have:
- Primary hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol)
- Familial hypercholesterolemia (inherited high cholesterol)
- Mixed dyslipidemia (abnormal blood lipid levels)
- Persistent elevated LDL cholesterol despite lifestyle modifications and statin therapy
- Intolerance or contraindications to certain cholesterol-lowering medications
Our specialists carefully evaluate each patient's cardiovascular risk profile to determine whether SYBRAVA® is an appropriate treatment option.
